All domestic items are sent via USPS with Delivery Confirmation so they'll safely get to you within 2-5 days. All orders over $100 ship for free!

Shipping outside of the United States takes approximately 5-10 days via USPS First Class. International customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or customs charges that may be assessed.

Shipping insurance is optional and is added only at the request of the customer. Victorious Pirate will not accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Custom and made to order items which are commissioned at the customer's request are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Ready-made items can be exchanged if they are returned tagged in unworn, undamaged condition within 14 days of purchase. We can also issue a credit towards the purchase of a custom made piece. Victorious Pirate does not offer refunds. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred during exchange.
