Open to residents of US, Canada and EU. All winners must be 18 years of age or older.

Entrants must completely fill out and submit the contest entry form. One entry per person please. VP is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect entries, or entries sent but not received by VP for any reason.

The winning submission will be chosen at random using the random number generator from www.random.org. The random number generated will correspond to the submission received, i.e. if the number 3 is generated the third submission received will be the winning submission.

Winners will be contacted at the email address provided in the submission form. The winner has 15 days from notification to reply to VP. Failure to respond means that the winner forfeits the prize. VP is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner.

Winners must provide VP with their full name, mailing address and telephone number, as well as their chosen size and style choice. Valid styles are listed on the contest page. Short sleeve styles include halters, camisoles, babydoll tees, ballerina tees and tanks and do not include long sleeved styles, hoodies or corsets. Measurements for all sizes are given on the sizing chart. Winners are responsible for choosing the size that is best for them.

Winners agree to have their name and/or likeness used by VP on, but not limited to, websites such as victoriouspirate.com, Facebook, MySpace.

VP will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the winner. VP is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Winner is responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes or other fees.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable because of unforeseen circumstances, VP may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

Employees and family of VP and any company participating in a promotion are not eligible to win. All other entrants may win one contest every six months.
