All money orders and checks should be made out to Suzanne Stern and not Victorious Pirate. If we receive payment made out to Victorious Pirate we will send it right back to you.
Victorious Pirate will not be held responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages or payment sent through the mail.
Items that are custom ordered take 2-3 weeks from receipt of shirt and payment to complete. Payment by check or money order must clear before the order can begin. Please note that it takes us 1-4 weeks for a shirt to arrive from our distributor and that there is always a chance that shirt could be backordered.
If you are sending a shirt it is strongly recommended that you provide one that is a size larger than the size of the item you have ordered. We will not be held responsible if the shirt you provide is too small to reconstruct. We will always contact you if any problems arise. We will also notify you when your order has shipped.
