How do I care for my VP reconstructions?
 
Since these items are made from tee shirt material you can wash and dry them like any other tee shirt. For best results we recommend turning inside out, washing in cold water with like colors and drying on low to prevent fading and preserve graphics.

How do I know what size to order?

How will this hoodie fit me?
 
Our girl's style is slim fitting with an hourglass cut to accentuate your curves. The fit is similar to a babydoll or junior tee.
 
Our guy's/unisex cut is straight from chest to hem like a standard tee shirt. They have a slimmer fit than most hoodies.

Can you make hoodies in larger sizes?
 
The size of the hoodie is dictated by the size of the tee from which it is made. An XL tee can make up to a girl's XL or guy's L.
 
 
Shipping and Returns
 
How do you ship your items?
 
Within the US we ship USPS First Class Mail which usually arrives within 2-5 days. We include Delivery Confirmation so we can track your package in the event that it doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time.
 
International shipments are also sent First Class which takes 5-10 days to arrive. You can have your piece tracked or insured - contact us for pricing.
 
What if my package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?
 
Contact us for a Delivery Confirmation or customs number if you have not received your package in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, since we have absolutely no control over the USPS we cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Insurance and expedited shipping is available upon request.
 
We ship to the address that you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. If you supply an incorrect address and your package is returned you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
 
I ordered an item as a gift - could I have it shipped directly to my girlfriend/ cousin/grandma?
 
Totally! We think our custom pieces make awesome gifts. Just let us know where and to whom you would like it sent.
 
How often do you ship? How do I know when to expect my hoodie?
 
We ship twice a week, usually Tuesdays and Fridays. We will notify you as soon as your package is on the way.
 
Do you accept returns?
 
Nope. Please read the entire description carefully and check the detailed measurements before you even think about ordering.

What payment types do you accept?
 
We accept payment by Credit Card, Paypal, money orders and personal checks. International customers must pay through Paypal.
 
Please DO NOT make your check or money order out to Victorious Pirate. It should be made out to Suzanne Sterne. Your order will begin once payment has cleared and for money orders, checks and eChecks that could be up to 14 days.
 
How do I cancel an order?
 
As long as the work has not yet begun you can contact us for a refund. VP is a small company and relies on every sale to keep going so please be respectful.
